The Ceremonial Carriages of 17 to 18 century as preserved in the Collections of the Czech Republic

The aim of this study is to offer a description and evaluation of the ceremonial carriages collections preserved in museums across Bohemia and Moravia, and to put them in the context of European artistic and artisan production in the 16th - 18th century. The study provides an overall account of the development of carriage from technical, as well as art history angle, together with the necessary overview of the issues of courtly hierarchies, ceremonials and visual demonstrations of the modern aristocracy, leading ultimately to the transformation of a simple personal mode of transport into a pompous work of art. Many important Baroque artists took part in carriage construction and decoration, and this study attempts to ascertain the extent of their contribution in this area. By presenting a descriptive summary of the history of the ceremonial carriages found in the collections in Bohemia and Moravia, and providing a comparison study with such carriages from other European countries, we can assert their position within the context of Europe-wide museum collections, as well as provide the opportunity for foreign scholars to take the Czech collections into account in their research.

Financial analysis of the production company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s.

Financial analysis of the production company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. The firm primarily engaged in the production and sale of buses. Financial analysis is one of high quality and fast tool to inform the owner or manager of its success, or the overall financial health of the firm. I divide the financial analysis into two main parts. In the first part we deal with theories and methodological apparatus. In Part Two I mention the application as accurately as possible the elements of financial analysis. These include horizontal and vertical analysis, balance sheet rules, ratios of profitability, liquidity, activity and debt. Furthermore, I express the value of indicators EVA, Index 2005, Altman's model and doing Du Pontův decomposition. Further analysis of the mention of net working capital and compare it with its needs. The most important part of the whole work is the comparison with the business sector, specifically comparing its performance with another competitor. In the very end I summarize all the parameters and describes how the firm leads to the Czech market.

Ekonomická analýza podniku Iveco Czech Republic, a.s.

Práce se zabývala ekonomickou analýzou podniku Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. Jejím cílem bylo zhodnotit ekonomickou a finanční situaci společnosti v letech 2002 až 2006 z pohledu externího uživatele a objevit možné příčiny tohoto stavu. Hlavní část práce se dělí na metodickou, ve které jsou popsány použité postupy a ukazatele, a aplikační, ve které jsou výše popsané metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. V závěru se práce popisně věnuje činnosti podniku v roce 2007.

Finanční analýza - Karosa a.s., Vysoké Mýto

Práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti Karosa,a.s. v letech 2002 až 2005. Hodnocení je provedeno pomocí horizontálních a vertikálních analýz rozvahy, výkazu zisku a ztrát a cash flow, a dále pomocí poměrových ukazatelů. Součástí je také Du Pontův rozklad, Altmanova analýza a SWOT analýza. V závěru práce je zhodnocena situace podniku ve srovnání s odvětvím - Výroba dopravních prostředků a zařízení.

Bakalářská práce na téma Finanční analýza společnosti KAROSA, a.s. si klade za cíl teoreticky vysvětlit zvolený metodický aparát při zpracování finanční analýzy a následně tuto teorii uvést do praxe u podniku KAROSA, a.s. Finanční analýza je jedním z hlavních nástrojů řízení podniku. Tato práce ve své teoretické i praktické části zahrnuje nejpoužívanější ukazatele a postupy, které jsou v dnešní době přijímané za standard. Praktická část finanční analýzy vychází z účetních výkazů společnosti za období 2001-2005 a jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti KAROSA, a.s.
